I came to your salon on 6 November for IHR treatment. I have left writing for a couple of weeks to see how I got on with it and...

I love it, it is so easy to manage. I can wash and dry it in 10 mins and look like I just walked out of a hair salon. I can't however find how to put my comments on your noticeboard on the web site so I thought I would send them to you and maybe you can transfer them.

I have already recommended you to all my "curly/wavy/difficult hair" friends as they can see how much happier I am having had the treatment. It is something I have wanted for ages but have been too scared to try. It was a pleasure being in your salon for nearly 6 hours. The time passed very quickly as all your staff made me feel comfortable and very well attended to. It is only a shame that not all hair salons have such inviting and comfortable surroundings and staff. My hair is wonderful and I am no longer depressed in the morning if the weather is rainy or damp as I know that my hair isn't going to become in the least bit frizzy! My little boy and girl spend lots of time just stroking my hair and all the "school run mummies" have commented on how wonderful it and also me now looks.

Thank you once again to you and all your staff and long may you all be around to help us poor curly haired women/men.

IHR is fantastic!

I'd just like to say a big thank you .. for performing a miracle on my hair last Tuesday.

It took me 10 mins to dry it last night, and it looks beautifully sleek and straight with absolutely no effort. My friends all think its fab, and are considering the treatment for themselves as a result.

Once again, a big thank you to all at the Covent Garden salon!

I will be back in 6 months!!!

Just a quick note to say a massive thank you for the service I received on 24th April. I came down from Newcastle to have my hair straightened and everyone was so friendly. Apologies for taking so long to feedback but I have been out showing off my fabulous new hair! And it really does feel like new hair!

The result has been fantastic and worth every penny without a doubt. I have referred my sister to your salon so hopefully she'll be in touch soon for a trip to see you!

Hair Straightening is fab - honest!!
I had my hair straightened two weeks ago [with ColourNation] and while is isn't perfectly straight (I have a flick on one side), it is sooooooo much better. My hair used to be big & wavy and I used to spend too many hours a week blow drying and using ceramic straighteners. Now I only wash my hair twice a week and don't even blow dry - just a quick once over with my GHD tongs.

Today I went to my regular salon for a trim and my stylist was so impressed. She couldn't believe the straightening process didn't dry my hair out. I think she may be interested in learning more about IHR!!

Just want to say thank you - it sounds cheesy but IHR has changed my life. For a start I can stay in bed for longer in the morning, safe in the knowledge that when I get up my hair looks & feels lovely!!

Just a quick note to thank you for improving my hair 100 times over!!

Since having the IHR treatment on Friday 13th August 2004, I have had the pleasure of an extra half hour in bed in the morning because hair now only takes 10 minutes to dry instead of 30 minutes of drying and straightening.

In addition, it's so shiny and so many people have commented on the condition of my hair and I've been recommending ColourNation and IHR to my friends.

So I can thoroughly recommend this treatment.

See you again when it starts to grow out!

'i am so pleased that i don't have to spend forever doing my hair in the mornings, it's been a god send to me. Could you pass my thanks on to the stylist also, he made sitting in the salon for 7 hours an absolute pleasure. He has a lovely personality and i would definitely come back to the salon at a later date when my hair needs re doing.

Having straight hair has given me more time to live my life and less time looking in the mirror.

Hi..

As promised, an update on how my hair is faring after Ionic Retexturising treatment on 7 February [2004].

My hair looked fantastic all week so I left it as long as possible before washing - 5 days. I washed my hair in a light shampoo and put good conditioner on it and then lightly blow dried it. There were some slightly fluffy edges afterwards so I used a little serum and the UKH digital hair straighteners which I bought on your recommendation - they were great and in only a few minutes my hair was looking as good as when I left the salon last Saturday.

Everyone is amazed at the transformation - all my friends and work colleagues say the new style makes me look much younger! I love it - I don't need to worry about the weather any more as my hair always looks sleek.

I am going to try a little colour on the roots next weekend - I assume I just treat my hair as normal.

Anyway, many thanks to you and th team for treating me so well. I feel fantastic and I think my life has even got better because of the way I now look and the compliments I have been paid. I feel fifteen years younger!

I recently had my hair straightened in Covent Garden. It looked amazing when I left the salon but the stylist had spent a lot of time on it - not just with the treatement but also the final drying. I can only accurately describe myself as bone idle and the idea of spending any time on my hair (even if I had the skill) appals me - so I was concerned that the first time I washed it all would be lost. Well, I said I would drop you an email when I did - I'm thrilled. Despite virtually no effort on my part my hair is straight. Not as great as when the stylist did it but a pretty excellent second.....and it was easy, I could probably even just have left it to dry. For my entire life my hair has been a nightmare but no more. Thank you, this was a great job.
