Grant from Oz is the manager at Oxford Circus. He also previously managed the Soho branch before leaving us for a year to work as air crew, now with the travel bug sated he's back where he belongs with the team in Oxford Circus.

Grant is a great all-rounder with hair-ups, wedding hair, colour, cuts, straightenings and hair extensions all mastered - there's not much he can't do.

Brad our assistant manager joins us from Australia where he was a national demonstrator for Great Lengths hair extensions. Brad's a lovely guy, really friendly and chilled, he'll instantly put you at ease. He's now wowing clients (and himself) with our new Great Lengths Hair Extensions (no heat, no glue, no damage) and has recently been shortlisted for the 2010 Great Lengths Gold Trophy Extensionist of the Year Award. He's also a safe pair of hands for colour, straightening and cuts.

Brad's Hair Extensions have recently been featured in a major article by the Sunday Times Magazine Feb 2012.“I’ll get hair extensions. Conrad has been a friend of the salon for a couple of years and when a space opened within the team we were happy to welcome him in. Conrad has a wealth of colour knowledge and has worked on many movies internationally as a hair stylist so hopefully he can bring a touch of Hollywood glamour to his clients. Hair and Make up in Movie include; Troy starring Brad Pitt (2004), Agora starring Rachel Weisz (2009), Clash of the Titans 2 (Wrath of the Titants 2012), Game of Thrones (Season 1 &2 2011/12), Snow White and the Huntsman (2012) and most recently Thor 2.

Conrad speaks English, Italian and Maltese.

Kate joins us as a senior stylist. Kate worked as a top stylist with one of the larger salon groups but decided she preferred the more personal approach an independent salon can provide clients. She wanted to ensure she could taylor the best colours and designs for clients without the corporate compromises that can be pushed from head office in larger chains. She has many years experience and is an expert colourist.

Patrycja from Poland has joined us full time as a Stylist having previously worked with us for a couple of years on Saturdays while she trained and then a couple of years as a Graduate Stylist. Patrycja is a good choice if you're on a budget and her colour work is great.

Lacey is one of our newest Stylists, an experienced stylist with a unique and vibrant style. You'll be won over by her bubbly, chatty ways and easy practical hair advice. A two time Biosthetique Competition Finalist who can bring her winning ways to your hair. Equally adept at working with Male or Female clients, Lacey is a classy all rounder with excellent cutting, colouring and hair up skills.

Salma returns to us after a sabbatical as our Front-of-house Co-ordinator. Salma was a stylist in the team for many years and so knows the systems and techniques which we use inside out. This means that she is a great person to answer all your questions via email and phone..

Mollie joins us as a Salon Junior, she's just beginning on the path to becoming a qualified stylist.

Seema Flower is quite literally a cut above the rest.

Her career goal was to own a hair salon. Nothing unusual about that, until you revealise she's visually impaired.

"My eyesight was deteriorating due to retinitis pigmentosa," explains Seema. "I felt that as a visually impaired person I had a unique perspective which could benefit everyone who visits a salon. If every customer is treated with the care shown to a visually impaired client, it should guarantee excellent customer service for all.

"Bad customer service experiences not only made me determined to achieve my career and business goals, but also to ensure I demonstrated good practice in customer-client care.

"Whilst my role is a managerial one, I still find there are people who balk at the idea of a visually impaired person running the show.

"Some of them think, 'If the owner is blind, how are they going to do my hair?' But Richard Branson or Stelios don't have to be able to fly the planes to ensure excellent service.
