[You] made me feel relaxed and welcome. My consultation was very professional and I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into it, some salons I have visited it was all about the sale not my individual needs. I wanted to invest in hair extensions and a salon that I was confident to return for after care and future appointments. My whole experience was so welcoming and I was made to feel pampered and felt not at all hesitant that I wasn’t going to be happy with the end result. At all times [you] explained the process and aftercare which made me feel like I was a valued client and not just another customer in the chair. I am thrilled with my new hair, 110% happy I trusted [your] recommendation and advice from the first day I met.. at the consultation. The other staff that assisted was great, my green tea was offered regularly, good selection of magazines and very impressed with the wash basin chairs! I am so happy I have found a salon I can trust in, a stylist that makes me feel like a million dollars and definitely somewhere I will, and have already, recommended to friends and even strangers when they ask about my hair! Customer service first class, friendly atmosphere 10 out 10, .. my hero for the confidence I needed. Thank you to all .. a superb asset to your team. Can’t wait for my next appointment!
