I had the best consultation ever today! I am new to the UK, and the moisture (rain/humidity) has been my hair’s enemy since the day I arrived just over a month ago. I have researched the Brazilian Blow Dry online, and decided to have a consultation at ColourNation based on the online reviews. The entire staff was friendly and helpful at every stage: booking my consultation, greeting me at the door, and discussing my frizz-free straightening options. But what made the consultation extraordinary was a client sharing her amazing experience with the Brazilian Blow Dry and showing me a picture on her mobile phone. While she was sharing how pleased she was, another client chimed in echoing how amazing it was and how well ColourNation had done her Brazilian Blow Dry. SOLD. Unsolicited endorsements from actual clients are the best ever. I booked an appointment for next week with Salma. I hope to be the next gushing client!
