Registration
--------------

The i-Bookings service is only available to registered users. You will need to register with ColourNation for online booking to use this service. You can do this at the first stage of the online booking process.

When you complete the registration form, your details will be submitted to ColourNation. Once ColourNation has checked your details and approved your registration, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that you are can now use the online booking service.

Login
------

Registered users can log in to the service at any time by entering their email address and chosen password

Main Page
------------

After clicking the “Login” button, provided that the details you entered are correct, you will be directed to the main i-Bookings page.

The main page of i-Bookings allows you to:

· Make Bookings.

· View ColourNation’s location, address, and contact details.

· View Salon opening times.

· View your account details.

Booking
---------

There are four steps to making a booking.

* Select date and Time
* Select Service
* Select Team Member
* Make Booking


Step 1: Date and Time
--------------------------

You can select a specific date and time for your appointment by using the calendar and a dropdown list of available time slots.

These options can be left if you wish to see the earliest available appointments. If you select a date but not a time, the earliest available appointment slots will be selected by the system.

Step 2: Select Service
--------------------------

The screen shows you a list of services available. Select the services you want and click the '->' to add and the '<-' to remove services from teh right hand box which shows the services you have selected. Once you are happy click next to continue.

Choosing Team Member
----------------------------

Once you’ve selected all your booking options you will be presented with a summary or your selections

If you don’t mind which stylist you see click next and your options will be given by stylist experience.

If you know which stylist you want, you can choose a stylist for each service by clicking the “Change” button next to each selected service.

NOTE: If you don’t choose a stylist at this stage the screen will show a service value of £0.00 at this stage.

When you finish selecting team members, click the next button to find appointments slots that best fit your needs.

Step 4: Making a Booking
--------------------

When you submit your request, we will check ColourNation’s appointment book and present you with a list of ten appointment options that best fit your request.

To book one of the appointments just click the “Book Now” button next to your preferred option.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we make your booking with ColourNation and see the success screen below. The email will usually take a few seconds but could be a little longer in busy times.

We're located three blocks from Oxford Circus tube station.

By Tube.

Oxford Circus is one of the best connected tube stations in London with the Central, Victoria and Bakerloo lines which give direct access to most of the major mainline train stations in London. Tottenham Court Road is only a short walk with Northern Line and the new Cross Rail service.

By Foot: From Oxford Circus Tube Station.

When exiting the tube station Exit One is the best exit for us but this is temporarily closed so Exit Five is the best alternative and brings you out on the opposite side of the road. Once you come out of the tube you should see Nike Town and Topshop. Standing with your back against these shops turn left and walk along Oxford Street (towards Tottenham Court Road Tube Station). We are three blocks up on the left hand side. Our turning is opposite M&S just before you get to HMV.
