Hi there,

Sorry to hear that you weren't entirely happy with your experience here at ColourNation.

As a company that takes pride in its colour work, we of course need to also be on the ball when it comes to correcting a colour.

So yes, fixing a colour is something we definitely can and are more than willing to do.

Unfortunately as you can imagine, it is difficult to give proper advice until you actually see the colour and how to tackle it,... but other than that we do believe that colours are fixable!

If you could give us a call on 0845 88 88 333 to book for a free consultation, or the colour correction itself that would be great.

You can also e-mail at care@colournation.com

Best Regards,

Val

Another Visit for Colouring

Hi there,
I am writing to maybe get some frank advise ...

I have been to your salon previously (a while ago) and I honestly can say I have mixed feelings about my second visit.
Still I read all the ravishing reviews but I wonder if I am just a bit difficult.
I changed my hair colour but I wasn't all happy with the results. The staff was really friendly and I generally liked the atmosphere and the haircut but my haircolour just wasn't what I expected.
So now that I got a little bit of roots showing already I guess in a couple of weeks it's time for a re-do.
I got my hair bleached and a toner was put on. Now my question. Is it possible to strip this toner or correct this. As I know there is a lighter colour underlying the toner I thought it might be possible to not re-bleach it or maybe correct it with highlights.
Is this possible and also ... how can I get (or you can get me :) the colour that I am really after?
I am happy for your advise cause I'd like to go back cause of the general friendly experience - however my main reason to go to colournation is the actual colour result. So how can I achieve exactly what I look for?
Thanks for any advise.
