Please help
I have naturally dark hair. I had some highlights put in but it looked too red/orange. I hated it. I asked my hairdresser to cover with a dark tint, but now I hate it even more. It looks so unatural - a mass of artirficial black. How do I return to a more shiny multi tone, dark brown with 'ashy' blonde and subtle highlights. Please help? Fifi

Hey Fifi,
If it actually is black that was put into your hair, it will be virtually impossible to have those 'ashy' blonde lights... To move away from the black I would start into aiming for a more realistic result and go for something like a choclate brown, then slowly build up on that in the next few months.... You could come in for a consultation first so we can take a look at your colour and advise what is (and isn;t) possible. To book for your consultation or your actual colour service, you can contact us on 0845 88 88 333. Regards ...and Happy New Year ![]() Val
