Advice on Loreal majirel shades
G_eha@txgltd.com
Hi
i would really appreciate some advice on choosing the correct mix of Loreal Majirel shades. i have mid brown hair but it kicks out a lot of warmth and orange shades, so for years i have been using 8.1 and 9.1 mixed in equal measures (half a tube of each) with 75ml of 20 vol. it does have a tendency to go a little bit kaki coloured after a while (especially as i highlight my hair too every 6 months so i think the tint is grabbing on to the highlights when i wash it out?) even though i only ever tint the roots (the colour tends to blend in really well with the rest of my hair) but i think that now i need to add a bit more warmth back in to counter the kaki/ash colour so was thinking of doing half a tube of 8.1 and then quarter of 9 and quarter of 9.1. does anyone have a view on this? thanks

hey there,..

probably you're better off sticking to the same formula for your roots, and then add warmth for the mids and ends where there's the high-lights... however a 9 on it's own is not gomma give you much warmth, you will need something more golden.. like a 9/3

Regards,

Val
