I have dyed my hair lots of different colours. my natural colour was a medium brown, and the frist colour i put on my hair was Light brown, i put light brown on twice, it went a nice light brown colour but i had to keep toping it up every time the roots came through. Then i decided to go back to a darkish brown, it turned out to be a caramely colour and it looked nice when my roots grew. I wish i kept this colour though, then i dyed it a deep reddish brown colour it turned a plummy colour but it eventuly faded, and was bdark brown with a hint of red in. I had it like that for a while, then i decided i wanted highlights put in, and i went to the hairdressess to get it highlighted, the hair dresser recommented i have fine highlights, cos of the red in my hair, cos she said not all the red would lift, its now a very light brown with fine blond bits in, u can't really notice the blond bits until u look closly, and when my hair is tyed back u can see them. I'm finding it hard to look after my hair now, before if used to straghten fine with my ceramic stragteners, but not it straghtens but its always dry, and tends to frizz more than it used to, i am eventully going to get more blong bits in but i need to learn how to look after this first.
any tips on shampoos, conditioners, i use Fructures sleek and shine, and uses surums.

Well Donna sounds like your hair needs a bit of TLC i dont know of any supermarket products, but i know that what your hair needs is regular internal treatments we offer a hair repair clinic to repair and replenish dry, frizzy, damaged hair, colouring your hair is ok as long as you use good reconstructors and shampoos to keep your hair topped up with moisture and protien, we offer free consultations in all our salons so give us a call for more info.
