Hello! So I have a really weird hair. Before when I was young till around 5-6 years old I had a Medium brown, soft curly hair but then my mom decided to shave it all off and when she did .. my hair took a quick U-Turn and completely changed. It's now Black, thick, and ?harsh? here's my hair now:


So now I'm trying to figure out a way to fix this hair. I'm 17 now about to be 18. I'm kinda sick and tired of this hair not being able to do anything with it except have a buzz cut. When i try to grow it.. it pretty much turns into an afro-like. I DISLIKE products or hair relaxing and such. I like things to be natural. Shampoo/conditioner is fine as i use it always and some creams is alright but NO JELL or RELAXING or some other stuff that ppl do to get a better looking hair. I just wanna have my hair to grow into something rather than it being a standing still statue that just grows on ur head. I would really appreciate it if you help me out here and give me an idea of what things i could do.

there is a hair cream you can buy called s-curl you can find it in african (black) hair stores and it makes the hair moisturized so it doesnt loook dry and makes nice curls my sons hair is just like yours and that is what he uses :) always has, hope it works for you
