my client has been using belle colour 6.35 and is finding it too dull and dark on the mid lengths/ends.. i have suggested majirel 7.0 and 7.4 to add a bit more red, she has probably 90% grey and a tendancy to violet tones which she doesn't like. should i apply roots then ends or viceversa and what strength peroxide should i use?...please can you advise?..many thanks

Hey there,

It sounds like you might just have a bit of a build up of colour going on in the mid-lengths.

Your reasoning is good, but I doubt it is gonna make things any lighter, maybe you could run a quick bleach-wash on the length, and then apply the tones.
