I just went from very dark hair to blonde, my hair grows quite quickly and I wanted to ask if anyone has any tips for upkeeping bleached hair, especially keeping the roots touched up.
I died it using a Loreal home kit and then the hairdresser put blonde highlights in to make it really blonde. Has anyone here used Nice N Easy root touch up, I was thinking I could use that in between trips to the hairdresser to keep it looking ok?

Just a quick update, I actually tried the Nice N Easy last night, but it hardly lifted my natural color at all. So my next option is going to be to try that Jerome B bleach, using the touchup brush from the nice n easy pack.
I am wondering how precise I have to be, as I think the Jerome B will definitely lighten it more, but if I get it on the parts already bleached, will they change color and I could end up with stripes of different colors. Any tips on how to DIY regrown roots welcome, this is the first time I have dyed my hair blonde.

Hi there,..
It gets a bit tricky touching-up roots for bleached hair, mainly because of the over-lapping. You need to try and do your utmost not to go over the already bleached-out bits, to keep the condition of the hair. perhaps you could concentrate just on the parting area where your shoots are more likely to show...and then have the whole thing done at your hair-stylist. It's tough being blonde,...but someone's gotta do it! ![]() Regards, Val
