I had my hair straightened last friday by Marco at Covent Garden. The whole experience was great, everyone there were really friendly and helpful....the 5 hours didn't seem as long as I though it would!

I washed my hair for the first time after the treatment and I let it dry naturally...I was amazed how my hair still feels really healthy and soft! Although it isn't all straight as i would have liked it. On top, it seems quite straight & shiney, but strands underneath the top layer are still wavey as it was before. (I don't if this is expected or can it be fixed?)

I might still need to use the ceramic straightener a little bit to rid of the waves, but now it will be quicker and it feels so much softer....I can't stop touching it!!ha!

I wanted to say thank you. I have been telling all my friends about it and they all think it looks & feels great. You will sure get some more clients your way!!

It great to hear from you and to know that you are very happy with your hair. I am not happy though to hear that your hair is not as straight as when you left the salon- it is a big surprise for me. What I can offer you is to book an appointment so I can do a retouch on the wavy parts for free - and as part of the deal you can bring one of your friends with you to have a straightning done with me if any of them is interested.
