Hey Hazel,

DO NOT PUT A BLONDE COLOUR OVER IT ALL!!!

... all it would do ismake your blonde high-lights blonder, and your dark brown will most likely become ginger...

I would look into putting more high-lights and explain to the stylist that you want to reduce the brown....

You could eventually move to a block blonde, but you would need to reget rid of the brown, however from experience most people that are used to high-lights find a block colour too harsh.

Hi,
I have dark brown hair that has full head highlighted. I want to change and get a full color blonde on my hair. Can I just put a blonde color over the highlights or will I have to get it stripped? Or do you think i should keep getting full head highlights? which is healthier?
