no! highlights are either done by using foils or caps and are not suppose to burn your scalp!

hunny they don't hurt just get them if you dislike them color over them! don't be scared!!! go for it!

It is always possible to lighten up your eye-brows...

It is very important to do that at a beautician not a hair stylist, as the dye is much softer.

Never try to match your hair colour as that looks totally un-natural (eye-brows should always be darker than the hair) only take them a shade higher.

matching eye-brows are very un-fashionable, it is very normal to have darker eyebrows....

another simple way to make the dark eyebrows less noticable, is by making them thinner.
