hello to you too !

There are two main ways salons will do highlights:-

1) Using foils (which is how we and all good salons do them - it takes longer but gives a much better result and it doesn't hurt a bit)
2) Using a rubber cap which the hair is pricked through and then coloured. This second method can hurt a bit because sometimes the rubber cap is tight.

Alot of men are having highlights today sometimes they want them to be obvious & sometimes they just want their hair to look brighter and healthier.

I recommend coming in for a free consultation to hear more about your options.

Sivan

no you'll be fine. I know a few guys who have highlights and they look very good. It doesnt hurt your scalp It damages your hair if you do it to much

I am a 36 year old guy with brown spiky, slightly thinning hair. I am considering having highlights / lowlights put in. I do not want a dramatic change just something subtle to make a change. I am just a bit nervous about taking the plunge. What do you think.

Re: HAIR HIGHLIGHTS

I have a question...I had streaks of blonde put in my hair a while ago and recently I went to get my roots filled in and add blonde hightlights to my hair. However, the lady who did my hair ended up putting brown/blonde highlights in which were not the color I was looking for. I was wandering what the lady would have to do to make my highlights have more blonde color to them?
