Hi there,
the tricky bit with a bright blue is that one would need to bleach the hair white to get a decent shade.... as if it's yellow it will obviously turn green. As you can imagine getting hair white involves wuite a bit of bleaching, most likely twice, which is not greatfor the hair! If the hair is already dyed (especially a dark colour).. it's of course more defficult not to call it impossible... Regards, Val
