Hi there,
Unfortunately IHR can't be applied over previously chemically straightened hair - which also includes Wellastrate. At thi spoint you would need to let the hair treated with Wellastrate to grow out totally. What you can do in the meantime is top up your Wellastrate with a Brazilian smoothing system, while the hair grows. IHR can be performed on hair with the Brazilian system so in the long run it will not hinder you moving to IHR, though I guess that will take quite a bit of patience till ou get there! Regards, Val

Hey there,
Wellastrate whould never be applied to the root, always keep it a good 1cm to an inch away and then comb down. For timings etc, refer to the instructions that come with the product itself. Regards, Val

Hi there,...
I'm assuming that by your parents are gonna let you do it, that means you are still going to a salon, rather than applying it yourself. If you would like to come and see us for a free consultation you may contact us on 0207 836 8883. Regards, Val

I have just finished doing my hair with Wellastrate & can say, my hair feels great! Better than it did before. If you follow the instructions that come with it, your hair does stay straight. It says Wellastrate last for up to 6 months. Well, I will let you know if they are right. Cheers.

Hi there,
Wellastrate is a chemical process, so the washing should not effect that much, however hair shouldn;t be washed everyday anyway. Most importantly after the straightening you should not wash your hair for a coupleof days, it should tell you in teh directions leaflet (read it carefully!) Regards, Val

Hello
I have a question After I get my hair straightened with wellastrate, can I wash my hair every day? Or does it work like the more you wash, the less length of time your hair will stay straight? I apologize if the questions sounds stupid but I was really just wondering. Thanks

Thanks. I guess it's better to use the iron straighteners if one really wants to do some light straightening regularly. thanks again.
