Hi there,
It might be possible, but I would suggest coming in for a free consultation to take a look at the extensions, and the best way to go about it (if possible) Ask for Brad who is our Extensions expert. Regards, Val

Hey there,
The best extensions around in our opinion, (and what we offer in-store) are Great Lengths. They are 100% human hair and also ethically sourced. Also with a cold fusion method it means your hair does not get damaged. To come see us for a free consultation you can contcat us on 0845 88 88 333. Regards, Val

Hi all, I really want permanent hair extensions but what type should I get? I don't want clip-ins. I was thinking about sew-in track weaves whatever they are! If anyone could tell me about them. How much they cost? Thanks in advance!

Hey Lexy...
Thanks for your interest in ColourNation and Great Lengths. We tried many types of hair extensions but stopped at Great Lengths as we felt the quality of the hair was superior. I would probably suggest coming in for a consultation to discuss how to achieve the hair, as well discuss bonds colour etc... over a nice cup of tea or coffee ![]() Consulttaions here at colournation are free and with no obligation. To book for your free consultation you can contact us on 0845 88 88 333. Best Regards, Val

Hi there,
I am in the process of 'breaking up' with my long term hairdresser. I have been having balmain hair for around 2-3 years now, have recently gone back to my natural colour of black. Been dying dark for around 1 year now. In the past I had very broken wipsy hair, due to over bleaching- to get to blonde. My hair is in top condition now. Yet I want a change of colour, is it possible to change from (dyed) jet black hair, or best to let grow out? I am looking to still get extensions, a full head, 18" length. Is there much difference between great lengths and balmain hair.. quality, size of bonds etc? Also if I came to you, would you be able to remove my current bonds? Thanks, (sorry for the essay :P ) x

You really need to talk to your salon. Any decent salon will talk you through how to look after your type of hair extensions - different companies have different suggestions on how best to look after your hair.
Great Lengths for example have a whole range of products (many of which we give you free when you invest in extensions with us) to help you getthe best from your extensions. Andrew

Im a black girl too. Ive been getting extensions for 2 years and if its done well then they should and could last up to two months. make sure you get the human hair so that you can wash it and apply heat to it. Keeping extensions in will get your hair healty and it will grow. if your going to keep gettin extension i recomend no loonger getting a relaxer for the simple reason that will prevent your hair from growing. i hope that you like the new look!
